Idly wondering if we can accept our defeat in the War on Carp - which is allegedly better than tuna ("duck of the river"?) - through something like the Whole Hog Project. Perhaps one day we'll accept that we've irreparably rewired the Great Lakes, accept our new leaping underlords, and the foodies will lead us.

Besides, it's not like there's any shortage of recipes - there's poached Asian carp salad, smoked Asian carp, fry-cut Asian carp strips (PDF), Jamaican jerk carp (PDF), and many more (speaking of which, anyone know where to get Asian carp?).
