This week on the public-radio cooking show
Splendid Table, brothers
Matt and Ted Lee, authors of several books on
"fresh" southern cooking and entertaining, gave out
this recipe for pickled grapes with rosemary and chiles. It's a quick pickle—about as easy as it gets (10 minutes of prep, 90 minutes of waiting) and would make a cool, inexpensive hostess gift.
