The Art of the Punk Jacket

After I wore it in a music video recently, my favorite denim vest—customized with a double row of pyramid studs and a drawing of an antlered human skull on the back—started showing up in my regular sartorial rotation. And then, as if the universe knew how I was dressing, a friend of mine IM'd me a link to Endless Blockades, a tumblog tribute to denim and leather vests and jackets that has only deepened my love for such things. And though the occasional old-timey biker dude makes an appearance, most of the models are punks and/or metalheads.

But the real treats are the occasional from-outta-left-field entries, like Mr. Punk Child Prodigy here:
Pure perfection.
