Carl Seaton's 2008 West Side-shot family drama Of Boys and Men anchors the Tuesday installment of The Film Culture's monthly screening and networking series Indie Filcks at Sonotheque.  Robert Townsend stars as a father trying to hold his family together after his wife (Angela Bassett's) auto death.  A Columbia College grad, Seaton debuted with the 2000 HIV drama One Week.

Also screening, Latoya Flowers's short documentary 33rd & Indiana about the history, 2006 fire, and reconstruction of Bronzeville civil rights landmark Pilgrim Baptist Church, and David Madry's Boharg II, the second installment in Madry's series of shorts "about a guy who´s lost in the strangest environments."

Indie Flicks is Tuesday from 6-9 PM at Sonotheque, 1444 W. Chicago.  $7.  RSVP here for reduced admission.
