It's no Costa Rica, but...

Disappointed about former governor Rod Blagojevich's reality TV career setbacks?  Catch him on the big screen Thursday, when Joe Fournier's editorial-cartoon-style Animations About Blagojevich are among the two dozen locally made video shorts showing in the second annual Fractured Lens Video Festival, the self-proclaimed "bottom rung of film festivals."  Pharmacist John Keller and graphic artist Tony Jankowski founded the festival last year as a venue for their own work.  Fractured Lens is 8 PM Thursday at the Portage Theatre, 4050 N. Milwaukee Ave.  Tickets are $6 (cash only). Here's Fournier's previous Fractured Lens selection Rich Daley for the Olympics:
