Sixteen, Frank Brunacci's aerie on the 16th floor of the Trump Tower, has just announced an excuse to check out its spectacular view in the daytime: a three-course lunch (including a nonalcoholic cocktail) for $32.

 Sample menu:

Lemon Basil Soul Cleanser
Fresh strawberries and basil with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and soda

Spring pea risotto with Parmigiano-Reggiano

Roasted chicken with soft polenta, English peas, and pearl onions or catch of the day with Israeli couscous tabouli, Swiss chard, and Alfonso olive puree

Crunchy hazelnut cake with bittersweet chocolate mousse and banana ice cream

Coffee or tea
