Like So You Think You Can Dance? Then you'll love this. DanceWorks Chicago reveals the mysteries of the dance world with a real, live reality show: a professional audition, opened up for public viewing. Takes place Saturday, January 10, 1-4 PM (doors open at 12:30 PM) on the stage of the Dance Center of Columbia College, 1306 S. Michigan. Audience members are free to come and go as they wish, and company reps will be available to answer questions. Dance hopefuls take a ballet class, then learn DWC repertory--including an excerpt from a new work by Harrison McEldowney, who created Chicago's official millennium dance, 'The Milly.'
