Mick Dumke reports from Rogers Park:

There was a line snaking out of the Leona's at Sheridan and Morse this morning, but everyone seemed patient and excited. A big guy behind me caught sight of a friend strolling down the sidewalk. "You already vote?" he shouted. "I did--I voted for change," the other man said, cracking up. "You voting for Bush again?" "You know he'd run if he could," the guy behind me said. The guy's wife, who had a unflinchingly serious expression on her face, predicted that the election wouldn't be decided till early tomorrow morning. Inside, the main obstacle seemed to be a shortage of pens--no sign of the magic ones this time
