The Trib continues with its Neighborhoods for Sale series on zoning with a great piece about the development of the Galewoods Yards project and the political machinations behind it; in the Reader, Ben Joravsky looks at the struggle between rookie alderman Scott Waguespack and zoning lawyer James Banks (nephew of 36th Ward alderman William Banks, chair of the zoning committee!) over a planned hotel in Wicker Park that would go in the Northwest Tower at Milwaukee/Damen/North.
