Actress Elizabeth Pena has been seen in a wide range of films including Rush Hour, Sueno, and How the Garcia Girls Spent Their Summer. Her live presentation, Caminos: Journey in the Performing Arts, recounts "a Latina's cultural experience in American theater and cinema." It's offered as part of Columbia College's Foco 08: La Raza Cosmica series. Mon 10/13, 7 PM, Film Row Cinema, 1104 S. Wabash. Admission is free but seating is limited; call 312-369-6600 for reservations.

Also on Monday: performance artist Tim Miller and his partner, writer Alistair McCartney, share a bill at Links Hall. The LA-based Miller will perform a selection from his solo piece My Queer Body; McCartney--who hails from Australia--will read from his novel The End of the World Book, using projected images to help him illustrate his "alphabetical guide to the apocalypse." Mon 10/13, 7:30 PM, Links Hall, 3435 N. Sheffield, 773-281-0824, linkshall.org, $10.
