With the Manifest Urban Arts Festival, it's one free thing after another. Columbia College celebrates its latest graduating class tomorrow, May 16, with a full day of theater, dance, music, performance art, gallery shows, screenings, -casts (Web, radio, and TV), readings, an art car display, and the flamboyant Spectacle Fortuna Parade (pictured) at locations all around its South Loop campus. Special guests include "circus punk" marching band Mucca Pazza, jazz saxophonist David "Fathead" Newman, and (in the only ticketed show) OK Go. For more information, click here.
