Bert Stabler highly recommends the exhibit "True Democracy," about the war in Iraq, now at Western Exhibitions. I find Jimmy Baker's Succession, a photo composite of the four (!) U.S. ambassadors to serve there since the invasion, as chilling as any work of protest that I've ever seen. It's like the American empire's portrait of Dorian Gray.
