What to grill

In the spirit of pointing readers to something they might actually like, here's a tip: Grill a (sort of unsettling) length of skinny Barese sausage from Bari Foods, a mild, slightly sweet Italian sausage loaded with garlic and parsley. Eat a hunk for dinner and save the rest in the fridge. Sliced on a French roll with tomatoes and lots of grainy German mustard, it makes a very international--if very pungent--lunch.
