Around the web: Saint Boniface gets a reprieve, the Chicago Journal goes pale, and more.

* The Chicago Journal reports that Saint Boniface won't be turned into senior housing.

* In the Journal's own news, they're not going to be peach anymore. I'm extremely disappointed, of course, as peach newsprint is one of my favorite things, but as someone who served as the commandant of printing costs for a newspaper, I sympathize.

* How is an execution like a high school graduation? They're both solemn occasions. The Tribune editorial board wants to take the fun out of everything.

* Headline of the week: Panel OKs liquor license for pole-dancing fitness club for women
