Incidentally, the proximity of the Black trial to the headline "Couple downsizes after 35 years in Palatine" just kills me, for existential reasons. If newspapers die and we all end up reading specialized blogs that cater to our own obsessions, the news will be much more efficient, but that sort of eloquent, resonant juxtaposition will be lost forever. Every daily newspaper is, ultimately, Audenesque:
