But whatever she wears, she likes to feel “like my clothes are really a part of me and uplift me and move with me.” This dress can be worn at different lengths by scrunching it around the middle; Granum pulled it all the way down and made the turtleneck into a hood. These choices and her pose bring to mind images from Martha Graham’s Lamentation, but Granum says the allusion wasn’t intentional. “I was thinking about slinking around, playing with the feel of the fiber,” she says. The sunglasses were borrowed from someone on the set.
