A TV weather announcer on a Seattle morning show (Tricia O'Kelley) commits career suicide with her on-air tirade about the smiley host (Mark Harmon), who's been two-timing her with his insipid cohost (Kaitlin Olson). Having vacated the apartment she shared with him, the former weather girl moves in with her quippy kid brother (Ryan Devlin), gets a job waiting tables, and fends off the sincere advances of his best friend (Patrick J. Adams), who's several years her junior. If you can get worked up about the self-created problems of an attractive TV personality, you may find this diverting, though in the grand scheme of things they rank well below whether you should take an umbrella with you this morning. Blayne Weaver directed his own script. R, 93 min.
