TV, radio, and telephone wires begin transmitting a signal that drives listeners into a hallucinatory, homicidal rage. This cagey low-budget horror flick by Atlanta independents David Bruckner, Jacob Gentry, and Dan Bush was shot as an Exquisite Corpse project, which seems to have generated its cleverest stroke: as the story changes hands from one filmmaker to the next, all the characters are gradually infected by madness, until the line between prey and predator dissolves.
