I don't think it's a coincidence that tickets to this Underscore Theatre production of Richard O'Brien's cult classic come with an unlimited-drinks package that kicks in an hour before the show starts. By the look of things when I was there, the attendees—(in)appropriately attired as Rocky Horror characters—took full advantage. They certainly didn't seem to mind that the singing wasn't particularly good, or that most of the actors lacked the charisma to pull off their roles (though Chad Michael Innis and Lianne Rodriguez are outstanding as Riff Raff and Columbia, respectively). And maybe criticizing a famously terrible musical for being, well, not very good misses the point. Get drunk enough, and you might have a good time. —Julia Thiel
