Chicago location of the NYC-based restaurant chain known for its massive steaks.

Our Review

This pricey but surprisingly casual steak house, in the Swissotel on the far eastern tip of Wacker Drive, offers the expected mammoth steaks, lobster by the pound, and generously portioned traditional side dishes—creamed spinach, asparagus, three-cheese twice-baked potatoes. Formerly a big traders’ hangout, it now caters more to hotel guests; the clubby atmosphere, while still evident, has softened somewhat with age.
