The title of this archetypal W.C. Fields comedy (1935) has no relation to the characters or plot. Another collection of Fieldsian domestic frustrations, set in the ugly small-town world he almost seems to have invented, it's funnier than many of the others. Fields wrote the story, which is credited to "Charles Bogle"). Clyde Bruckman directed.

Sorry there are no showtimes for The Man on the Flying Trapeze on Saturday, November 17.
