After a coke-snorting, man-loving bad boy (Chad Allen) OD's in a hotel room, his family takes advantage of the situation to enroll him in a Christian recovery program where a pious married couple help devastatingly handsome men reject their homosexuality. This insipid, TV-bland drama skips over the most demanding part of the story, cutting from the protagonist's angry, resentful arrival at the couple's New Mexico ranch home to a scene three weeks later when he's miraculously come to Jesus. The rest is all soap opera, focusing on the rigid wife (Judith Light), whose own gay son has died, and another hunk in the program (Robert Gant) whose father uses his dying breath to damn his son to hell. Robert Cary directed. R, 96 min.
