Hubert Cornfield, an uneven director of the 50s and early 60s, supposedly reached his apotheosis with this, his third film. Gene Raymond and Wayne Morris star in a story of a train robbery, made in Cinemascope at a time when 20th Century-Fox was pushing the process on all of its productions, even the lowest budgeted (as this certainly was). My curiosity, at least, is roused. With Jeanne Cooper and Elisha Cook Jr. (1957).
