Martyrs' dinner menu, offered nightly, is limited but has some creative touches: there's a warm goat cheese salad and a homemade black bean burger. Specialty pizzas include classic spinach and garlic; a pie with garlic oil, smoked ham and figs; and the Wild Tchoupitoulas, topped with andouille, jalapeƱo, blackened chicken, and peppers in honor of the New Orleans band. The kitchen stays open till 1 AM on Saturdays, other nights till midnight.
