Place one ounce of tomato water (juice freshly squeezed and strained) in a shaker and add half an ounce of lime juice.

Add one ounce of Bombay gin that's been infused with toasted caraway seeds for four to five days.

To that add half an ounce of agave nectar.
Alison Green
And half an ounce of Lillet Blanc.

Add a dash of Angostura bitters.

Cap the glass.
Alison Green
Shake well.
Alison Green
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a roll of pastrami speared on a toothpick.
