Our Review
You’re the chef at this stir-fry bar, one of several in a local chain. Fill your bowl with meat, fish, and/or veggies, choose your sauce (Szechuan peanut, hoisin, etc), and hand it all off to a cook who does the rest before your eyes on an open grill. The all-you-can-eat policy makes for a good deal, but if you don’t know your flavor combinations you can create a monster. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the tasting spoons available near the tubs of sauces.
