Chef Michael Noll offers two prix fixe menus from 5:30 to 9:30 PM, the first a three-course meal of lobster and caviar soup, roasted quail, and angel food cake ($65, $95 with wine pairings), the second a five-course dinner that adds a sunchoke salad and poached salmon to the former ($90, $140 with pairings).
