A coffeehouse and sandwich shop in one, this east coast-based chain is a counter-service spot by day, and slightly more formal at night. The menu features mix-and-match sandwiches made on hearth-baked flatbread with range of ingredients from standards like ham and turkey to tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables, and goat cheese. There are also several salads and daily soups, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails. The room is stylish, from the coffee-bean-filled door handles to the colorful upholstered couches.
