The third annual Chicago Food Film Festival celebrates the art of film and the act of eating. Dreamed up by documentarian George Motz and New York foodie Harry Hawk, the three-day fest even offers a chance to sample some of the foods you see onscreen. It kicks off tonight with seven short films depicting a farmer poet, a British Columbian winemaker, an Italian artisan baker, and more. Each film is accompanied by a dish from select local restaurants, including a tasting (spoiler alert!) of french fries and ice cream. Thu-Sat 11/15-11/17, 6:30 PM, Kendall College, 900 N.
