Quiroga's on Grand is not only the best place to get an interior/exterior car wash for ten bucks, it's also the best place to go shopping for all of your fake tattoo and talking-doll needs. The waiting area is a tiny kingdom of coin-operated toy machines, rare dolls, video games, and TVs. True story: as I drove out of the car wash, it started raining out of only one cloud. The employees were kind enough to guide me around the cloud so as not to get rain spots on my superfresh ride. There are two other Quiroga's locations: 3448 N. Southport (773-477-2286) and 3389 N. Milwaukee (773-427-9800).
