A young widower, hoping to restart his life, decides to sell his house and shares a powerful mutual attraction with the first prospective buyer, a man who claims he was destined to inhabit the place. The premise of two ostensibly straight guys falling in love is compelling, but writer-director Rob Williams cops out with some supernatural hokum about the dead wife channeling her feelings through the boyfriend.
