A three-course prix fixe ($45, $70 with wine pairings) at 6 PM includes lobster-crab bisque, a choice of wood-grilled lamb chops with charred vegetable terrine and wilted spinach or pan-roasted game hen with wild mushrooms and black truffle polenta, and house desserts served family style. At 9 PM a four-course prix fixe ($65, $100 with wine pairings) includes lobster salad with arugula and black truffle vinaigrette, tortellacci Bergamese with brown butter and sage, a choice of the lamb chops or butter-poached black cod with roasted tomato relish and white beans, and desserts served family style.
