Frankie Muniz, heartthrob hero of the under-15 set, is back as the eponymous teenage CIA agent. Dispatched to London with an incompetent new handler (Anthony Anderson, looking vaguely embarrassed), Banks must infiltrate a boarding school and recover a stolen mind-control device, but he faces an even greater challenge in the choppy pacing and mediocre comic timing of director Kevin Allen. Every adult is a buffoon, every kid worshipful of Cody, and there's zero consideration for adults doing chaperone time. As hard as the film tries to pander, the kids I saw it with seemed a bit disengaged. PG, 90 min.
