      <![CDATA[The fact that Michael Miner is even asking the question about the amount of corruption in Illinois is bothersome. My 7 siblings all live at least a thousand miles from here and all assume that Chicago and Illinois are very corrupt.
    
    Corrupt or "not corrupt enough", it doesn't matter. Some very specific steps need to be taken to just stop this perception and I am not sure if the politicians in Illinois, Cook County, and Chicago are serious yet.
