      <![CDATA[I have met former clients of Skyway Capital and they had high praises for the team. 
    
    These sort of banking fees don't look out of the ordinary - as most are unfamiliar with deal terms, it would open eyes - success fees are also common. It's unfortunate that CL is going through tough times.

      <![CDATA[$250K reward if he/Crino raises capital, and $600,00 if he brings in a sale?
    
    Based off this link (I know, you can't trust everything you read on the Internet), but with annual revenues of approx. $750,000 for SCP that would grow their biz pretty fast- by almost double. Seems kind of fishy...?  And extorbitant, too.
