      <![CDATA[dag i was waiting for you to tackle this, seeing as i've started telling my other friends that you're going to knock jonah off the trib.
    
    Interestingly about the Hitler smiley: I'm nearly POSITIVE that it's used to demarcate "Argentina" in Martin Mull's "The History of White People in America" from 1985.  Mull has a section where he Allan Rucker design different kinds of smileys to depict, iirc, white people around the world.
