      <![CDATA[I hate to be the one to reign on Chicago's Christmas miracle, but Kipnis isn't the family man he claims to be. In fact, he is just the opposite, since he advised his own son to surrender his parental rights to his unborn child. Thus, Kipnis chose to give up his own grandson...not the stand up family he fooled all of you into believing.

    I still question, if it took such a huge amount of resources to decide that non-competes are illegal, how is a lawyer (or a board member) supposed to know that off the top of his head?
