Since you are unclear on the ramifications of corporate personhood (and I'm going to go out on a limb and say the House of Reps as a whole is as well), that's kind of the pot calling the kettle black.

Not to mention, in your next paragraph you actually describe the politicians the same way ("Forget reading the proposed laws; these guys don't often have the time and expertise to *write* the proposed laws.").

Nobody makes them take the job.
