New Yorkers support Occupy Wall Street by a 3-to-1 margin... Additionally, despite persistent claims that protesters haven’t clearly enough defined their objectives, 72 percent of respondents said they understood the views of Occupy Wall Street protesters either “very well” or “fairly well,” while only 10 percent responded “not well at all.”

That's why they buy insurance; it has nothing to do with incorporation. I'm not even sure if you can shield yourself from medical liability by doing that.

Those living and working in the Loop have certainly seen and heard from Occupy Chicago. For just under a month, demonstrators have been occupying the area in front of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Since you are unclear on the ramifications of corporate personhood (and I'm going to go out on a limb and say the House of Reps as a whole is as well), that's kind of the pot calling the kettle black.
Not to mention, in your next paragraph you actually describe the politicians the same way ("Forget reading the proposed laws; these guys don't often have the time and expertise to *write* the proposed laws.").
Nobody makes them take the job.
