On the other hand, according to C. Here are just a few of the reasons why closing so many schools is not to the benefit of children: class size will go up considerably; students who have to cross gang lines to reach schools that are farther away are being put in danger; some of the receiving schools are worse than the schools that are being closed; according to a UIC study, only children who are moving up into the BEST performing schools will actually improve academically -- children who have to move into a school that is only slightly better do not improve or do worse because of the anxiety associated with transferring; public schools are the last anchor for stability in many of our neighborhoods on the South and Westside;even CPS has backtracked when it comes to savings that they projected (but who is counting a few $100 million more or less?);... I'm sure there are many more reasons that can be added when we look at the reckless, child-endangering move of closing huge numbers of schools all at once.

street legal along with planet waves the most underated albums in Dylans cataloge. Both Albums are full of musically inventive melodies, which is overlooked as most people concerntrate on his lyrics
Baby stop crying and Is Youre love in vain (from Street legal) are fine examples of strong melodies that really give the album a strong rich musical feel that has been greatly improved by the remix

Not a bad idea. I have a few reservations about it, but it could clean neighborhoods while employing people.
My reservations are twofold: first, it is absolutely make-work and if perceived as such might be looked down upon (making it hard for people to accept these jobs).

"Funny that Ben would mention the process for admission to selective enrollment schools, considering he clouted his daughter into Whitney Young high school."

It's not "funny," it's an integral part of the story; the March 2012 FOIA request sought documents regarding how the tiers were formulated. Then the request was stonewalled.

So how does a personal attack on Ben, made with no proof, have any bearing on this story at all?
