Lori Andrews could not be more of a fearmongerer. Literally every single point she made in the New York Times op-ed was either a factual stretch, or blatantly untrue. Much of what she said was possible was in fact, technologically impossible. For example, no insurance company can ever get access to a list of the web sites visited or searches made by any individual consumer. Yet she and her type continue to remain in the limelight due to the panic they create in consumers who don't understand modern technology enough to question her entirely unfounded claims.
Shame on the New York Times for publishing such a deeply unresearched piece.
