Re: “Can North Lawndale win the Obama Presidential Library when the other team won't play by the rules?

An Obama Presidential Library should be built in Uptown where Obama and Rahm Emanuel spent time at their favorite bath house: Man's Country. With all the executive orders this man of royalty gives, once he orders it, it shall be done and screw democracy.

Hear ye. Hear ye.

And it shall be called the Obama Executive Order Palace. Have it your way, Obama. It's your thing. Ye who shall be King or Queen. On your knees, ye knaves!

Re: “Hey, Mayor Rahm—North Lawndale is good enough for a presidential library

The thought of an Obama presidential library offends my sensibilities. Money can be better spent; space can be better utilized; libraries can be better conceived.

Re: “Alderman Joe Moore explains his choice of beer and support for Rahm

Joe Moore: "I'll have the lite bottle in front of me to go along with my Rahm Emanuel frontal lobotomy."

Joe Moore (singing to the tune of "Sunny Side of the Street):

Grab your nose and kiss an ass
Of the man whose toes you're lickin'
Life can be so sweet
On the patronage side of the street

If I never use my head
To consider things that matter
Told just what to say
On the patronage side of the street

I used to walk on the street
With legs and two feet
Now I'm just afraid
To use my brain

Gonna use my patronage
To ensure the status quo
Life is a shit show
On the patronage side of the street

Re: “2014 in politics: Our fourth annual awards for political achievement

The Christmas Carol award goes to:

Mayor Rahm Emanuel, for his in-your-face style of a modern-day imitation of Ebenezer Scrooge.

Emanuel: "Fuck you, Lewis. Fuck you, everyone!"

Re: “See ya next year, Mayor Rahm

Well-deserved vacay indeed! It's rough fuckin over so many people all the time without getting tired.

If Rahm Emanuel is tired, it's because it's election season, and the same people that he has been fuckin over -- his so-called constituents -- he now has to pretend that he loves 'em and has been doing the best he can for them. All bullshit, but it must be tiring showing up to photo ops in the south and west sides to put on his two-faced media circus.

At the same time, people have this crazy habit of going off-script when Rahm Emanuel invades their turf. That's probably why he decided to kick off his mayoral campaign in a carefully controlled media bubble, with only ass-kissers and other vetted sycophants allowed.

Yet Rahm Emanuel knows even his crafty media propaganda efforts don't fool everyone--like his journalistically-bankrupt campaign video, CNN's Chicagoland.

With his kind of money, threats, dead fish and who knows what else he does to coerce people to show up and look engaged, his carefully scripted facade plays on.

Anyone really, even Krusty the Clown can beat this guy. Rahm Emanuel knows that. That's why he has to beat it out of media sight and go to whatever form of Man's Country they got there in Chile.

Ethics board, schmethics board. There is literally no entity that hasn't been poisoned by Chicago politics and its corruption, as enforced by the liar- and bully-in-chief. The only entity left that has any chance of meting out any justice is the common everyday voter of Chicago. That's what makes this race so vital. Our public entities have failed and are in miserable shape. It's time for the voter to reshape the environment in Chicago. The status quo is cancerous.

Re: “How investment bankers told Rahm that class size matters

It's pretty obvious that there are many greedy and downright evil people out there that WANT the Chicago public school system to fail, even though they will beat their chest to declare they are working tirelessly to make it work.

In these times of corruption in political spheres, these bastards will say that too much money is being spent on children and teachers. Let's cut them off by firing teachers, closing schools, hiring schlock maintenance companies and build charters to enrich our political allies.

The rich don't want successful minorities who will put an end to monopolies and other corrupt enterprises. Keep people down by poverty and an inferior education. Keep them sick by food deserts and feed them fast food. Stratify society into the rich and keep them powerless as welfare dependents.

David Vitale, during the hearings on school closures referred to the community members and teachers as the "peanut gallery."

Rahm Emanuel on Chicago children: "In that conversation, he did say to [Lewis] that 25 percent of the students in this city are never going to be anything, never going to amount to anything and he was never going to throw money at them."

These are comments and sentiments of the 1%ers that come out from time-to-time. The other 99.99% of the time, these bastards lie through their fuc*in' teeth on how they are committed to the very people they exploit.

The people of Chicago should not have to pay extra to big banks as political favors just to have a pre-K program. We already KNOW that that class size matters and once we kick out politics out of the classroom, the money going to special interest and political corruption will be returned and handled in the interest of the people.

Re: “In the mayoral money race, the rich—that is, Rahm—gets richer

When candidates need the type of money that run into the millions, and can crush an opponent who has little, we are no longer living in a democracy.

Political races, for the 1%ers, is a farce.

We are putting too much power into the hands of unethical people if this type of money just to get elected is involved.

The system is broken.

We cannot get any reforms by the 1%ers getting into office. All we get is lip service.
