The Governor elect was entirely accurate in his message. He did place a call to the leaders , and the message was clearly polite, professional and constructive.
In contrast the Governor-for-now, made no such calls and was petulant, self serving and self-righteous in his election night behavior.
I think it is accurate to say that the majority of voters were not surprised by either man's behavior.
