The food is fantastic. The chef sends out a complimentary nibble to begin and also a sorbet before the main course. The first three times I ate at Oceanique I had tuna, which was sublime. Perfectly cooked, very pink in the middle, but amazingly the whole fish was at a constant, warm temperature. The last time we ate we had the chef's degustation, which also was perfect. All of the main courses I have sampled have been excellent, everything from rack of lamb to turbot. If you enjoy wine, Oceanique has one of the deepest wine lists I have seen. They actually have wine which is ready to drink (i.e. older vintages) and it has been properly stored in their cellar. Oceanique is not cheap, but you feel that you have gotten your money's worth when you leave.
