With board games and a Ping-Pong room, this is a place you could easily pass a few hours reconnecting with your childhood, and maybe for this reason it attracts a younger crowd than some of the other neighborhood institutions. It can get pretty packed on weekends, but there's a beer garden, decorated with Christmas lights and sometimes open even during the winter (with heat lamps).
