Threadless Family Reunion

The Threadless Family Reunion gathers some of the T-shirt company's designers for two (two!) parties featuring art, design, and merriment. Daytime festivities include live demos by local street artists, a gallery full of classic Threadless designs, and GIF and 3-D printing tutorials. When the sun sets, there's karaoke, a photo booth, and a performance by Ezra Furman. Evening portion 21+ free (RSVP required)

"Dress comfortably, travel lightly, and bring water." And be sober. Seriously. No Lights No Lycra is a weekly, lights-off dance party that was spearheaded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2009 and has since gone international, establishing scenes in Berlin, Glasgow, Brooklyn, and Vancouver, among others. The mission is to provide a "friendly, nonthreatening, drug- and alcohol-free environment" for people to gather and "experience liberated physical movement." $5
