Leor Galil

Bio:
I'm the editor of the local music scene column Gossip Wolf and a contributing writer for the Reader. I also freelance for the Reader's sister publication in DC, The A.V. Club Chicago, and Forbes.com. Before that, I freelanced for places like the Boston Phoenix, Esquire.com, PopMatters, Rock Sound, Thought Catalog, True/Slant, and Wired's Underwire blog. My preoccupation with flyers eventually led to the (formerly) "super unknown" antifolk musician Willis Earl Beal landing a record deal with XL imprint Hot Charity. I've been called anything but Leor by people who can't pronounce my name.
