Chicagoland / Politics Water rec president Terry O'Brien: in the board presidency race

According to WBEZ, Terry O'Brien, president of the Water Reclamation District, will run for Cook County Board president. Mick Dumke praises O'Brien for going Superfund on the water rec's old reputation as a patronage dump, but wonders if O'Brien should crack down on commissioners who put tens of thousands of miles on perk cars for private use.
