Meeks's plan to bus students to wealthy suburbs to protest funding disparity; the Chicago Reporter has a statistical analysis of property taxes and school funding. Update: The Rev. Meeks is heading to Denver to try to broker a deal with Mike Madigan and Emil Jones.
