Looking for Andrew Wilson's confession

WBEZ has an update on the Alton Logan saga. How many people are there out there like Logan? Um, no one really knows. Antonin Scalia says that the false conviction rate on felonies is .027 percent, but his math is pretty amazingly bad for a Supreme Court justice (via Lawyers, Guns and Money).
