Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

Sugar skulls abound in the National Museum of Mexican Art's yearly Dia de los Muertos exhibit. The 26th annual exhibition pays tribute to the centennial anniversary of the death of José Guadalupe Posada, the Mexican artist who popularized these symbolic images. The opening reception is tonight.

Some art is so inspiring and invigorating it's impossible to sleep after seeing it. The Chicago Cultural Center hopes its Fall Open House will have that effect, and it's going to help by staying open till 8 AM tomorrow. Aside from four opening receptions for new exhibits, entertainment includes 9 Circles—a new play by Bill Cain—and RagaMala, an all-night concert of classical Indian music.

Mexican rock band Cafe Tacvuba performs at Aragon Ballroom. Despite nearly 25 years of making music, Peter Margasak says they haven’t lost their moxie: "They’re still a furiously energetic and thoroughly satisfying live band."
